Characteristics

• Has a continuous and long-lasting cooling and refreshing effect without the pungency, irritation and stinging sensation of menthol or peppermint.
• Has good heat resistance up to 200 °C without reducing the cooling effect and is suitable for use in baking and other high temperature processes.
• Cooling strength is generally maintained for 15-30 minutes without burning sensation and is cooler compared to menthol-based products.
• Low dosage of 30-100mg/kg has good cooling performance.
• Compatible with other flavorings and other cooling agents.
